So easy to make and so nutritious!
2 bags of broccoli slaw
1 cup craisins, chopped into pieces
1 small red onion, finely diced
½ cup slivered almonds
⅓ cup light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp cider or white vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to add more sugar if you feel it's too tangy.
Combine broccoli slaw, onions, craisins, and almonds. Drizzle dressing on top, and mix well.
Can be served immediately, but it is best if you can leave this for an hour or two in the fridge so the flavors can mingle and the slaw can soften a bit.
