INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter










  • 1 cup packed brown sugar










  • 1 egg










  • 1 tsp baking soda










  • ½ tsp vanilla extract










  • 1 cup chocolate chips (about 6 oz)










  1. Preheat oven to 350F.



  2. Mix first 5 ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.



  3. Using moistened hands, form generous 1 tbsp. cookie dough into balls.



  4. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart.



  5. Bake cookies about 10-12 min., until puffed, golden on the bottom and still soft to touch in the center.



  6. Cool on sheets 5 minutes; finish cooling on wire racks

I just baked these absolutely heavenly cookies! A breeze to prepare and so so quick! They look really pretty and taste delicious. You really do not feel that four is missing! I am posting a picture of them-thanks for the recipe. I will be baking these, for sure.
