INGREDIENTS
1 lb Brussel Sprouts
3 Cloves chopped garlic
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Slice all brussels sprouts in half and remove stem (its a bit bitter if you leave them in)
lay out on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olives oil, salt and pepper and lay garlic all around
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min till slightly charred. To speed up cooking you could also broil them for 5 min and then cook for 15-20 min at 350. Serve as a side dish!!
