I made Mexican meat salad for supper - which calls for a taco seasoning packet. The combination of flavors in this recipe was perfect! The only thing I did differently was adding about a tablespoon of flour to the cooking meat. I find that the store-bought seasoning creates a thicker, saucier meat mixture. The addition of the flour added the missing thickness and then nobody could tell that I didn't use a store bought packet!
