A great way to turn an ordinary bread/challoh recipe into delicious onion rolls. So delicious after a fast! Use with any bread recipe that calls for about 2 1/2 lbs of flour

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 cup onions, sauteed










  • ΒΌ cup oil










  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs










  1. Sauteed onions.



  2. Mix all ingredients together



  3. Spread bread dough out in a circle, like a pizza



  4. Generously sprinkle filling over dough



  5. Slice in triangles and roll up, wider end first (like preparing rugalach)



  6. Place on tray and bake according to bread baking directions
