These bars are just plain yummy and look very pretty too! You can leave out the peanuts if you'd like. For an easier cleanup, fill the pot with hot water immediately after use. I use the Israeli brand of white chocolate chips (yellow bag).

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup Peanut Butter- divided










  • 1 cup Corn Syrup










  • 1ΒΌ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate chips divided










  • 1 Tbsp Water










  • 4 cup Rice Krispies










  • 2 cup roasted chopped peanuts










  • 11.5 oz bag of white chocolate chips










  1. Melt 1 c. of peanut butter, corn syrup, 1 c. of chocolate chips and water in a large pot. Mix well.



  2. Stir in Rice Krispies and peanuts (if using).



  3. Pressed into a jelly roll pan that was greased or covered with parchment paper.



  4. Melt white chocolate chips with 1 c. peanut butter. Spread over Rice Krispie mixture.



  5. Melt 1/4 cup of cocolate chips and use them to make swirly designs across the top with a toothpick (this does take practice).



  6. Chill and cut into squares or diamonds.
