INGREDIENTS













  • 3 boneless chicken breasts










  • 1 Tbsp honey










  • 1 Tbsp mustard










  • ¼ cup oil










  • ¼ cup lemon juice










  • 1 pinch salt, to taste










  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste










  • 1 bag of salad mix










  • 1 red pepper










  • 1 green peppers










  • 1 tomatoes (any kind)










  • ¾ Tbsp soy sauce










  • ¼ cup oil










  • ¼ cup vinegar










  • ¼ cup sugar










  • 4 gloves of garlic










  1. Mix honey, mustard, oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt.



  2. Pour over chicken and bake at 400F for 20 minutes



  3. Mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, and garlic (this is your dressing)



  4. Slice cooled chicken into chunks. Add to salad and vegetable. Pour dressing over mix and serve cold.
