INGREDIENTS













  • 2 slices fish I use flounder










  • 1 cup flour










  • 1 bottle beer, less an ounce










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 tsp garlic powder










  • 1 dash of paprika










  • 1-2 cup oil for frying










  1. wash and dry fish well.



  2. cut in to strips



  3. heat oil in small deep pot



  4. mix flour, beer, spices together



  5. dip fish inside batter



  6. test if oil is hot, if sizzles when some batter is dropped in, it is ready.



  7. fry fish till golden brown, remove and place on paper towels to drain.
    serve with french fries or beer battered onion rings.
