
Delicious purple cabbage salad i usually serve it either friday night with fish or shabbos day before cholent.

INGREDIENTS
1 (.16 oz) bag purple cabbage
¾ cup Sugar
¼ cup Oil
½ cup Vinegar
3 tsp Salt
½ diced onion
½ cup roasted sliced almonds
Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, and salt.
Dice the onion and mix with the dressing..
Place cabbage in bowl pour dressing over and mix in nuts!
