1 (15) piece box of mini phyllo shells
Â¼ cup egg beaters
3 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar (not packed)
Â½ Tbsp light whipped margarine, room temp
1 drop vanilla
1 pinch salt
Â¼ cup chopped pecans, divided
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a baking sheet with Pam (or similar nonstick spray) and arrange shells.
Combine egg beaters, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and mix it all together.
Stir in 2 T. of pecans.
Fill the shells with this mixture. Do not overfill as filling may overflow during baking.
Top the shells with the remaining 2 T. of pecans (a little less than 1/2 tsp. for each one).
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
