INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (15) piece box of mini phyllo shells










  • ¼ cup egg beaters










  • 3 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar (not packed)










  • ½ Tbsp light whipped margarine, room temp










  • 1 drop vanilla










  • 1 pinch salt










  • ¼ cup chopped pecans, divided










  1. Preheat oven to 375.



  2. Spray a baking sheet with Pam (or similar nonstick spray) and arrange shells.



  3. Combine egg beaters, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and mix it all together.



  4. Stir in 2 T. of pecans.



  5. Fill the shells with this mixture. Do not overfill as filling may overflow during baking.



  6. Top the shells with the remaining 2 T. of pecans (a little less than 1/2 tsp. for each one).



  7. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
