2 lb Chicken bones
5 cup Water
6 Cloves Garlic
4 Celery stalks
1 Tbsp Dill
2 Tbsp Parsley
1 pinch Salt, to taste
1 pinch Black Pepper, to taste
Clean chicken, place in pot with water. Bring to a boil, simmer for as long as you can, minimum 20 minutes.
Slice vegetables into 3 inch slices.
Remove chicken bones and add vegetables. Simmer for 30min.
