I got this recipe from a friend of mine. One 9x13"-inch pan and you have a complete dinner done.
2 cup rice
4 pieces of chicken
- assorted vegetables (see directions 1)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup ketchup
3 Tbsp lite soy sauce
4 cup water
In a 9x13inch pan, place the rice on the bottom
Layer vegetables. I like to do: babycorn, mushrooms and red bell pepper
Place the 4 pieces of chicken on top of the vegetables.
Mix the honey, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce. Pour over the chicken.
Pour the water on the sides over the rice, careful not to pour it over the chicken.
Cover well and bake 21/2-3 hours on 350F.
