I got this recipe from a friend of mine. One 9x13"-inch pan and you have a complete dinner done.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup rice










  • 4 pieces of chicken










  • - assorted vegetables (see directions 1)










  • ¼ cup honey










  • ¼ cup vinegar










  • ¼ cup ketchup










  • 3 Tbsp lite soy sauce










  • 4 cup water










  1. In a 9x13inch pan, place the rice on the bottom



  2. Layer vegetables. I like to do: babycorn, mushrooms and red bell pepper



  3. Place the 4 pieces of chicken on top of the vegetables.



  4. Mix the honey, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce. Pour over the chicken.



  5. Cover well and bake 21/2-3 hours on 350F.

DID IT WITHOUT VEGETABLES AS I WAS IN A BIG RUSH AND HAD ONLY 2 MINUTES, WHICH IS ENOUGH... TAKES MINUTES TO PUT TOGETHER. CAME OUT AMAZING, THE KIDS LOVED IT!!
