INGREDIENTS













  • - TRUFFLES










  • 1 (8 oz) baking chocolate










  • 1 (8 oz) container whip topping










  • - CAKE










  • 2 sticks margarine










  • 1 (8 oz) baking chocolate










  • 4 eggs










  • 4 egg yolks










  • ¾ cup sugar










  • ¾ cup flour










  1. TRUFLLES: Heat the topping until very hot, dont boil. Add the cholate and stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Once hardened scoop into mini balls.




  2. CAKE In a saucepan melt margarine with chocolate until combined. Beat eggs and sugar on high until light colored. Mix in melted chocolate. Turn mixure and low and slowly add flour.




  3. Fill ramekins with batter until 3/4 full. In the center of each ramekin add a truffle ball. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
