I dug this recipe out of my mothers old recipe collection to give it a try. I made it for my sister's Shabbos Sheva Brochos. It was a huge hit! It was gone before the meal even started!

INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup oil










  • ⅓ cup vinegar










  • 1 tsp dijon mustard










  • ⅛ tsp black pepper










  • ½ tsp salt










  • ¼ cup sliced scallions










  • ¼ tsp garlic powder










  • 2 cloves crushed garlic










  • 1 sprinkle red pepper flakes










  • 1 (24 oz) can button mushrooms










  1. Combine first 9 ingredients. Then add mushrooms. Let marinate at least an hour. Eat and enjoy!
