
I dug this recipe out of my mothers old recipe collection to give it a try. I made it for my sister's Shabbos Sheva Brochos. It was a huge hit! It was gone before the meal even started!

INGREDIENTS
½ cup oil
⅓ cup vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
⅛ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ cup sliced scallions
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 sprinkle red pepper flakes
1 (24 oz) can button mushrooms
Combine first 9 ingredients. Then add mushrooms. Let marinate at least an hour. Eat and enjoy!
