I had this combination in my mind, so one night, when my husband and I were in the mood for a 2am snack, I blended this up. It was surprisingly delicious and completely indulgent tasting--and sugar-free! My husband didn't believe his tastebuds. Now it's a frequently requested treat--and it's healthy!
1 cup ice
1 cup whole milk
2 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding powder
Combine all ingredients in the blender.
