A delicious (and really easy) recipe for fish. You can serve it with or sans the SESAME NOODLES (Recipe #604). Serve as whole slices or cube the fish and place on skewers with vegetables.
4 Slices Salmon
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- For Salmon Skewers
1 Red Pepper
4 Button Mushrooms
1 Small Onion cut into quarters
4 Tbsp Cherry Tomatos
Mix the ketchup, sugar and teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
Let fish marinate in it for 30 mins in fridge.
Bake for 20 mins in 350 oven. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on it for a great looking finish.
For Skewers: Cube each slice of salmon into 4 cubes and marinate in fridge.
Thread on to skewer salmon cubes alternating with the vegetables. Bake as above.
