I make this as part of my selection of dips with the Challah on shabbos. Its always a hit among my family and friends.
3 Different color peppers
2 (142 gram) Tins of Tomato Puree
1 Large Onion Sliced
1 tsp Crushed garlic
- salt and pepper
Slice onion in semi circle rings and saute in generous amount of oil together with the garlic.
Cut peppers into squares and add to pot. Sautee 10 mins.
Add the tomato puree and stir.
Add spices and let cook another 15 minutes until the peppers are soft. Make sure to stir it occasionally so it doesn't stick to the pot.
