
This is a really easy to make salmon that can last for a while in the fringe. The onions make it a bit like herring.

INGREDIENTS
4 Fillet Salmon
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Sliced Medium Onion
- SAUCE
¼ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Lemon Juice
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Sugar
1 Bay Leaf
Cook a pot of water to boiling point and add the salt
Add the Fish and cook for 15 minutes
While the fish is cooking blend the sauce ingredients together.
Cut an onion in half and then slice it into thin slices
One the fish is cooked remove it from the pot and then gent ally remove the skin with a knife. If is easier to do when it is still warm.
Add the fish, onions and bay leaf into the sauce and refrigerate.
