This chicken is yummy and easy to make. It doesn't take a long time to cook either! Tastes like grilled chicken, but cooked in your oven. I always add vegetables under the chicken for a quick one pan meal.
4 chicken bottom
- soy sauce
- garlic powder
- cut up veggies (optional)
Rub chicken thigh with soy sauce. Sprinkle garlic powder to taste.
Broil in the oven for a half hour, flipping once after 15 minutes.
