A tastier, healthier, low carb option to potato chips. I can never get enough of these! If you're watching your sodium, you can leave out the salt. You make have to look out for the smoked paprika, but it adds a lovely BBQ flavor (I buy McCormick brand)
3-4 medium zucchini- sliced
1 tsp olive oil
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
Mix zucchini with olive oil and spices (add them to taste)
Spread thinly on a baking sheet (they should be in a single layer).
Bake at 250 for about an hour and a half until the zucchini are dried out and crispy.
