I use whole wheat spaghetti for this recipe and the soy sauce completely hides the whole wheat taste. A yummy, healthy one pot meal! You can use chicken breasts for this but it tastes much better with dark chicken.
3 3 cloves crushed garlic (add more if you want)
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
1 lb boneless skinless dark chicken strips
½ lb boiled whole wheat spaghetti
3 Tbsp soy sauce
Boil spaghetti in a pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.
In the same spaghetti pot, saute garlic in sesame oil on low flame. Add chicken and cover until the chicken pieces are cooked thoroughly.
Add spaghetti and soy sauce. Allow it to sit for a few minutes so that the flavors absorb.
