Quick and easy pasta dish. No need to purchase heavy cream.
1-1.5 (1 lb) box penne
1 (24 oz) jar vodka pasta sauce
1 (8 oz) tub whipped cream cheese (can use low-fat)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat vodka sauce through. Add cream cheese and whisk until smoothly incorporated into sauce.
Mix sauce into pasta and serve.
