This quick and easy recipe uses a healthy shortcut, frozen chopped broccoli. (Make sure to buy chopped, not cuts or florets.) We make this kugel all the time. Freezes well. Adapted from Quick & Kosher.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (24 oz) bag chopped frozen broccoli, thawed










  • ½ cup mayonnaise










  • 3 eggs










  • 1 tsp sea salt










  • ½ tsp pepper










  • 1 tsp garlic powder










  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper










  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.



  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.



  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9" round baking pan.



  4. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
