INGREDIENTS













  • 4 slices challah










  • 1 roll snackers










  • 3 eggs










  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese










  1. Coat the challah in eggs and then in snacker crumbs.



  2. Fry until its crispy. Then drain on a paper towel.



  3. Top two slices with cheese and cover with the other two slices of bread- like a sandwich. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
