Heavenly Mousse Pie!

INGREDIENTS













  • 7 oz dark chocolate










  • 2 sticks marg










  • 7 eggs










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  • 1 topping










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  • ¾ cup confection sugar










  1. Melt chocolate w/ marg on double boiler, beat yolks w/ 3/4 cup sugar, combine w/ melted chocolate & set aside. Beat egg whites w/ vanilla & 1/4 cup sugar, when well beaten combine w/ chocolate mixture & pour 1/2 of batter into 9" round pan, bake on 350 for 1/2 hr to 3/4 of an hr. when cooled pour



  2. second 1/2 of batter into pan & freeze overnight. Whip topping, vanilla, confection sugar well, spread on frozen pie




  3. (optional garnish w/ chopped vieness crunch) serve frozen
