One of my favorite types of chicken. I don't either just leave it at home. I always seem to gravitate toward it on restaurant menus as well!

INGREDIENTS













  • - Chicken cutlets










  • - flour










  • 3 onions










  • 1 big can of mushrooms










  • 1 Tbsp onion soup mix










  • 1 cup hot water










  • 5 Tbsp wine










  • - salt to taste










  1. Dip the cutlets into flour.



  2. Saute the onions, add mushrooms. Dilute the onion soup mix in the hot water, and add it to the onions and mushrooms.



  3. Add the wine and salt.



  4. Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake on 350 for 45 min
