A simple cookie, but can be decorated as original as you want to make it. Great to bake with kids, send for a simcha...
Also, there are no eggs in the recipe for those worried about allergies.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup flour










  • 1 cup cornstarch










  • 2 sticks margarine










  • ½ cup confection sugar










  • 1 tsp vanilla










  • ⅛ tsp salt










  1. Mix everything



  2. Make small balls, and press gently with fork to make fork-print design.



  3. Bake at 375, 15-20 minutes.



  4. Let cool, and then decorate to your desire. ex: sprinkle with melted chocolate. dip 1/2 into chocolate and then into sprinkles or nuts or coconut. dip 1/2 into white chocolate and then into sugar crystals....
