INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup potato starch










  • 1 cup brown sugar










  • 1 egg










  • ¾ cup oil










  • ½ cup ground nuts










  • 8 apples peeled, cored and sliced










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon










  1. Mix potato starch, brown sugar, oil, egg and nuts together by hand to form a crumble.



  2. Combine apples with sugar and cinnamon.



  3. Pour half on the crumb mixture in a greased 9x13 pan. Lay the apple mixture on top. Top with the remaining crumbs.



  4. Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
