Company is coming; you don't have time to prepare cheese cake or to fry blintzes. This is an amazing recipe that can be made with any store bought blintzes, even frozen. It's easy and no one would believe how simple it is. It tastes heavenly.

What a great recipe! I had a box of frozen blintzes in the freezer and whipped up this dish in about 5 minutes. Tastes fantastic and it's a great recipe for my Shavuot dairy meal. I will serve this with cream and berry sauce.
