A tasty fried chicken alternative.
4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets cut into 2 in. nuggets
¼ cup Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup flavored bread crumbs
2 Tbsp oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dijon mustard, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat.
Dredge chicken pieces in bread crumbs.
Place on greased baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
Bake for 20 minutes uncovered.
