INGREDIENTS
1 lb Chicken Cutlets
4 Tbsp Flour
½ cup Water
½ cup Duck Sauce
1 Onion
1 (8 oz) fresh or canned mushrooms
Rinse and cut chicken cutlets to nugget size.
Coat chicken cutlets in flour.
Fry cutlets in frying pan with a little oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
In a separate frying pan saute onion and mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, add water and duck sauce. Boil and add the fried chicken cutlets. Enjoy!
