Malawah is a middle eastern food which is made from thin layers of dough. You can find it in the freezer section of your supermarket. The Israeli companies like Sabra or Maadanot- Tnuva sell it. This dough can be used in many different recipes. Our favorite is pizza and always a hit with the kids. Quick, simple and delicious. Feel free to experiment.

My husband loves pizza in any form so I tried this for him. He loved it but you gotta watch it the whole time. If you leave it on fire too long it starts to burn very quickly. Quick and easy to make, even for last minute suppers or snacks.

Fantastic!
