Malawah is a middle eastern food which is made from thin layers of dough. You can find it in the freezer section of your supermarket. The Israeli companies like Sabra or Maadanot- Tnuva sell it. This dough can be used in many different recipes. Our favorite is pizza and always a hit with the kids. Quick, simple and delicious. Feel free to experiment.
