I made this with the honey glazed chicken by 'busyworkingmom'! it was delicious!!!!
1 Yellow pepper (diced)
1 Red pepper (diced)
1 Purple onion (diced)
2 Cloves garlic (minced)
⅓ cup Olive oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black pepper
½ lb Orzo (cooked)
In a large bowl mix vegetables with seasonings until well coated.
Spread vegetables onto a lined, greased cookie sheet and roast at 425 for 40 minutes. Mix occasionally.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before combining with orzo.
