This my sister- in - laws recipe. Takes minutes to assemble and a great cool summer dessert.

INGREDIENTS













  • 5 oranges










  • 1 box blueberries










  • 1½ cup boiling water










  • 2 Tbsp sugar










  • ½ cup orang liquor










  1. Peel and slice the oranges into round sliced.



  2. Combine the water, sugar and liquor.



  3. Pour mixture over the oranges and blueberries. Chill and serve!

A great summer dessert. It is light, tasty, and oh so easy! What a nice change from all the sweet and baked desserts. This is a recipe which I will be preparing throughout this summer. Thanks
