
So easy, my 5 year old can make it. So yummy, everyone asks for the recipe!
Do NOT use the 'no-boil' lasagna noodles- they are unnecessary and will taste horrible!
For the cheese- a thinner shred will work better- we like the Haollam Mozzerella & cheddar blend

INGREDIENTS
1 (1 lb) box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 (1 lb) container cottage cheese (whipped is best)
1 (28 oz) jar marinara (slightly bigger or smaller is also fine)
1 (8 oz) bag shredded cheese
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce (optional)
Pour a little marinara (or tomato sauce, if using) onto the bottom of a 9x13 pan (I line it with non-stick foil)
Add one layer of 3 lasagna noodles
Whisk together cottage cheese, remaining marinara, tomato sauce & half of the cheese and a little water (I usually put about 1/2 - 1 cup into the marinara bottle to get out the rest of the sauce)
Add a layer of sauce mixture on top of the noodles
Continue to layer noodles & sauce, ending with sauce. You should end up with about 5 sets of layers.
Sprinkle top with remaining shredded cheese
Cover pan tightly
Bake at 350F for 1- 1 1/2 hours
Let stand covered for 15 minutes before serving.
