INGREDIENTS
2 lb ground beef
2 large white onions, diced
2-3 Tbsp oil
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp salt or more to taste
- black pepper
Saute the onion in the oil, until golden brown for about 10-12 minutes.
Place the fried onions in a bowl. Add the mustard. With a hand blender blend the onions well.
Add the blended onions and parsley to the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
With wet hands, form the meat into balls and then squash down to form patties. Using a burger press will help you achieve even burgers.
Freeze the burgers for 1/2 hour or until needed, so that the burgers maintain their shape while cooking.
Bake or grill burgers.
