This chicken recipe is extremely easy to prepare and is delicious! When I serve it, it looks like one of those suppers I worked really hard on since it looks fancy but in reality it takes less than ten minutes from start to finish! Great served on rice.
1.5 lb 1 Â˝ lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
5 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp sesame seeds
Cut chicken into nuggets. Place the nuggets into a bag with some flour. Shake until all nuggets are covered in flour. Spread out chicken in a lined 9x13 pan.
In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients. Pour this sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour covered, and another 1/2 hour uncovered. Enjoy!
