INGREDIENTS













  • 4 Pieces of tilapia fillet










  • 1 Bunch of basil leaves










  • 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil










  • 5 Garlic cloves










  • 1 Tbsp Herbes de Provence










  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper










  1. Heat oven to 350F. Mix the oil and herbs. Rub onto tilapia filet and place in the baking dish. Pour the excess oil onto the fish.



  2. Place the basil leaves and garlic in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake covered for about an hour.




  3. Serve with rice or quinoa.
