Always on the lookout for a good dish that's low carb and dietetic, this one is tasty & easy to prepare.
4 cup shredded green cabbage (about ¾ bag)
1 red bell pepper
2 Tbsp oil for saute
1.5 tsp paprika
1 pinch salt & pepper
1 pinch onion powder
1.5 Tbsp chicken consoumme
⅛ cup water (**)
Dice pepper into very small pieces.In large frying pan, saute in oil for 2 minutes. Add cabbage, continue to saute for 2-3 minutes. Add seasonings. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 6-8 minutes.
If pan gets too dry, add 1/8 cup of water, chicken stock or white wine.
Serve as side dish to meat or fish.
