INGREDIENTS













  • 4 cup shredded green cabbage (about ¾ bag)










  • 1 red bell pepper










  • 2 Tbsp oil for saute










  • 1.5 tsp paprika










  • 1 pinch salt & pepper










  • 1 pinch onion powder










  • 1.5 Tbsp chicken consoumme










  • ⅛ cup water (**)










  1. Dice pepper into very small pieces.In large frying pan, saute in oil for 2 minutes. Add cabbage, continue to saute for 2-3 minutes. Add seasonings. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 6-8 minutes.



  2. If pan gets too dry, add 1/8 cup of water, chicken stock or white wine.



  3. Serve as side dish to meat or fish.
