INGREDIENTS













  • 3½ cup corn flakes- crushed










  • 10 oz melted chocolate chips










  • ⅓ cup peanut butter










  • 2 desert whips










  • 6 eggs










  • 2 tsp vanilla










  • ½ cup sugar










  1. For the crunch:
    Mix first 3 ingredients together. Spread on cookie sheet and freeze 10-15 minutes until a little hard
    break into small pieces and add to the ice cream




  2. Ice cream:
    beat dessert whips
    add eggs (not separated), vanilla and sugar.




  3. Fold crunch into ice cream mix.
    freeze
    Enjoy!

This is a delicious and easy desert with ingredients from the cupboard! Highly recommended! I put it into individual jelly moulds that I coated in chocolate so when i served it it looked like a chocolate covered bomb!
