Yummy recipe that is easy to prepare. It freezes well and is a great side to a yom tov meal.
24 mini unbaked pie shells
3 cans mushrooms
5 Tbsp mayonnaise
saute onions in oil until translucent
add mushrooms and saute till soft
pre-bake pie shells for 5 minutes in oven at 350
mix the rest of the ingredients with the onion-mushroom mixture and spoon into pie shells.
bake in oven at 350 until pie shells are a light golden color
