This recipe comes from my sisters friends aunt. I know it's a long chain. These are sinful and are our favorite thing every year Shavous.

INGREDIENTS

4 cup flour

1 lb margarine or butter (4 sticks)

8 oz sour cream

3 (8 oz) cream cheese (unwhipped)

3 eggs

1½ cup sugar

1½ tsp vanilla sugar

Knead the flour, marg or butter with the sour cream to form a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Mix the cream cheese with eggs, and the sugars. Refrigerate overnight.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll our each part on a floured surface about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut 3x3 inch squares.

Place 1 teaspoon of the cheese filling in the center. Close the crown by lifting all the corners to the center. Place in a greased mini muffin tin.

Bake at 350F for 22-24 minutes or until lightly browned.

You can freeze them at this point. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on before serving. Serve chilled.

These are mouthwatering, scrumptious cheese danishes. They are very addictive ,delicious and they look so professional and beautiful. I will be adding this recipe to my special ones!!!!! Thanks for this terrific addition.
