I MADE THIS RECIPE TONIGHT (USED VEAL CUTLETS) TO SERVE TO MY NEW COUPLE. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! THIS ONE HAS WON A FRONT SEAT IN MY COOKBOOK!

This is some great recipe. I made it for dinner tonight using cutlets; I can only imagine how delicious it is with veal chops. Just be careful not to overbake the cutlets othewise they will dry out.

 

Oh my! Absolutely loved this recipe- so soft and great tasting

I also made this with chicken breast. Excellent. I baked it for 35 minutes covered and then for just 5 minutes uncovered to give it a little crisp. I definitely addded this to my recipe repartee.
