Al Di La is a restaurant in Monsey NY that makes a mean Caesar Salad. Since most restaurants make large quantities of food, the recipes are hard to scale down (hence the half egg). Although the ingredients are in oz, its completely worth to pull out your kitchen scale and try the recipe out. You can also serve this salad with out the parmesan cheese for a parve version.

THE BEST, there is nothing I have ever tasted that comes close. Make sure that the oil gets properly emulsified and that it comes out creamy. Otherwise it will just be oil.

Fabulous recipe! Just like the original. I love it, dream about it and could eat the entire salad myself.
