I just had this chicken when I was out at lunch, and didn't leave without taking the recipe!
1½ lb Chicken breasts
2 Tbsp Silan (date honey)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp chili sauce
2 Tbsp honey
½ tsp garlic powder
Cut chicken into narrow fingers. Dip the cuts into the flour, ginger, paprika mixture.
Fry for 1/2 a minute on each side
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan a cook over low heat for a few minutes, then add chicken and cook covered for another 15-20 minutes.
