I just had this chicken when I was out at lunch, and didn't leave without taking the recipe!

INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ lb Chicken breasts










  • ¾ flour










  • - ginger










  • - paprika










  • - Sauce:










  • 2 Tbsp Silan (date honey)










  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce










  • 2 Tbsp chili sauce










  • 2 Tbsp honey










  • ½ tsp garlic powder










  1. Cut chicken into narrow fingers. Dip the cuts into the flour, ginger, paprika mixture.



  2. Fry for 1/2 a minute on each side



  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan a cook over low heat for a few minutes, then add chicken and cook covered for another 15-20 minutes.
