Sweet potatoes, carmelized with a kick! Easy and delicious. Bitayavon!
6 sweet potatoes
8 peeled garlic cloves
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Boil sweet potato rounds in water until softened (not mushy)Drain and lay on olive oil greased sheet pan in 1 layer.
Drizzle with more olive oil.
Spread crushed garlic over potatoes
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Turn lightly if necessary to even out all ingredients.
Bake on 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges brown
