This recipe was printed together with Circa's dressing Recipe #552. Instead of using french baguettes, you can use bagels in a pinch.
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 pinch salt
1-2 handfuls fresh herbs, parsley and basil, blended
2 cup french baguettes, cut into ½ inch cubes
Preheat the oven 350F.
In a deep bowl, combine the oil, crushed garlic, salt and blended herbs. Throw in the bread cubes and toss until they are well coated.
Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake until light golden in color (about 12 minutes.
