If you think you've had a good bundt cake till now think again! This is one heavenly bundt. It's easy to make and very light and fluffy. Make sure to spray the bundt pan so that your cake slides out easily. Another great thing about this recipe is that you usually have all the ingredients on hand

INGREDIENTS













  • 8 eggs










  • 2½ cup sugar










  • 1 cup oil










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  • 2 cup flour










  • 2 tsp baking soda










  • ½ cup orange juice










  • 2 Tbsp cocoa










  1. Seperate eggs and place egg whites in the mixing bowl and set aside the yolks.



  2. Make a snow on high speed adding 1 cup sugar.



  3. Add yolks slowly, oil, 1 cup sugar and vanilla sugar.



  4. Alternate the flour and baking powder mixture with the orange juice.



  5. Fill a greased bundt pan with 2/3 of the cake batter. The rest of the batter leave in mixing bowl.



  6. Add cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar and mix.



  7. Pour chocolate batter into the bundt pan in a circular fashion toward the middle.



  8. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

NEVER TASTED A BUNDT CAKE SO SOFT INSIDE & CRISPY OUTSIDE (SEE MY PHOTO ATTACHED)! THE MARBELIZE, I ADDED 1 TSP CINN & COFFEE (INSTEAD OF COCOA) MIXTURE FOR UNIQUE TASTE. A DELICIOUS RECIPE WHICH WILL DEFINITELY BE A WEEKLY SHABBOS MORNING CAKE !
