INGREDIENTS













  • 12 oz Crushed chocolate chip cookies










  • 12 tsp melted butter










  • 4 (8 oz) whipped cream cheese










  • ½ cup whip-unbeaten










  • 4 eggs










  • 1¾ cup sugar










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  • ¾ lb praline paste










  1. Melt butter & mix with crushed chocolate chip cookies. Flatten in 2 9" round baking pans.



  2. Mix all remaining ingredients except for praline paste until very smooth.



  3. Add 3/4 lb. praline paste and mix well.



  4. Bake at 300 for 2 hours. Cool in oven for another hour.



  5. Bake in another pan 1/2 filled with water. (this avoids cracking)



  6. Optional: bake in shaped pan. (If baking in shaped pan do not remove until cool)
