INGREDIENTS













  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese










  • 3 cup confectioners sugar










  • 12 oz pareve chocolate, melted










  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract










  • - caramelized nuts, as needed










  1. Combine ingredients by hand. Refrigerate until stiff.



  2. Work with a small amount while keeping the rest refrigerated. Roll into balls.



  3. Roll in caramelized nuts.



  4. Freeze until serving.

This recipe has become my signature miniature for Shavuos and many a Shabbos morning. After making it twice, the recipe gets easier to make. I use white dairy chocolate with crunch in it to coat the dark chocolate balls.
